| “C-TELEKOM” offers solutions and services in the sphere of satellite positioning. Our company develops software for public transport monitoring. The monitoring system is designed to enhance efficiency of public transport by means of optimal handling of control and management of rout transport and ensuring safety of operation. Operations of “KUPOL-CHITA” system: - Positioning of the vehicle and determination of its speed. - Mapping of the vehicle on the map with a remotely predetermined period and on demand of the operator. - Control of the vehicle route and its compliance with the schedule. - Control of the vehicle technical condition. - Mileage control of each transport unit. - Image display and sound signalling of emergencies. - Automated transfer of data from the detectors in charge of technical condition of vehicles - Transmission of alarm signal in case of attempted car theft and any other abnormal situations - Communication media – GSM – GPRS The cost of software depends on the required options and precision of the map and ranges from 55.7 thousand USD to 71.61 thousand USD. The cost of controllers to be installed in each vehicle starts from 477.4 USD. Depending on the tasks and communication media the cost ranges from 477.4 to 1018.46 USD. In the framework of the project there will be created a company which is called "billing company" in the West and in Russia some use the term calculating and measuring company – RIK, which operates the system giving the necessary information to the City Central Dispatcher Service on demand or under Contract for subscription fee. | |||
