| Satellite technology centre "C-TELEKOM" offers solutions and services in the development of software to monitor technological process of enterprises and housing and public utility sector. We offer: 1. to develop software to monitor housing and public utility sector objects in the urban district: Monitoring of housing and public utility sector means control of all the incoming parameters in the buildings owned by municipalities and in residential properties with any form of management. 2. to create a "Unified Call-centre" which would accept calls about any problems of tenants – heat, electric power, water supply etc. and further forward the complaints to the contractor by e-mail. This will allow to control quality of service in residential properties and municipal buildings, including the quality of services rendered by Managing companies. Since electric and heat power suppliers, house management and water supply companies will not have order-taking operators, the "Call-centre" should be financed jointly! Development of the project might mean creation of house cards for each object and apartment with indication of utility payments or something else. The software being developed can be expanded depending on the tasks. The cost of software is 472.2 thousand dollars. The project may be implemented by a "billing company" (in Russia some use the term calculating and measuring company – RIK) which installs measuring equipment and operates the system giving the necessary information to the Central Dispatcher Service "06" on demand or by Contract and reimburses all its expenses from monthly utility service payments. | |||
