Project overview

Implementation of the project provides for improvement of the territory around Kenon lake, creation of comfortable leisure facilities.

Stages of project implementation:

1. Construction of a big amusement park which would include water recreation park, fishing quay, beach, amusement park for children, golf course.

2. Construction of a tropical plants pavilion.

3. Construction of covered ski stadium.

4. Construction of residential houses, cottages.

Expected results:

- transformation of Chita into touristic centre of the region,

 - development of internal and inbound tourism, attraction of tourists from Russia and foreign countries,

– creation of new workplaces.

Total project implementation term – 8 years.

Financial proposal for investor

The amount of investments planned to be attracted at the first stage is 636.54 thousand USD.

It is necessary to discuss participation of the parties in the project implementation with the potential investor.
